Tom Brya is leading Inspirotec an innovative allergen testing and solution company. He's a consultant with Titenare GXL and recently founded GeneriCo, a global generic drug company. His expertise spans large and specialty life sciences with depth of knowledge across a wide array of therapeutic areas and delivery systems & devices. He has held senior management positions at Searle, Pharmacia, Cardinal Health, KV Pharmaceuticals and Cerenis prior to his role as Founder/ President and CEO of GeneriCo Pharmaceuticals. Tom brings significant strategic and deal making expertise to the table as well; over $20B of value creation, $2B in launched products and 8 global launches. Tom also is Northwestern Kellogg MBA with focus in sales management & marketing.
Julian is a world renowned serial inventor who has made groundbreaking contributions to multiple fields of science. His group at Abbott Labs was responsible for developing lateral flow immunoassay technology, which led to the first home pregnancy tests. Prior to Abbott Labs, Julian's group at Novartis (then CIBA-GEIGY) was responsible for inventing the Western Blot, an important method used today in molecular biology, biochemistry and immunogenetics for the characterization and detection of proteins. As a scientist, Julian is passionate about using evidence-based data to prevent human suffering. As he explains, "I know of no greater suffering than a mother in anguish about her child not being able to breathe normally – and not knowing what to do about it. I feel so fortunate to be part of an incredible team working to solve this problem".
Christine Sadowski brings extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven expertise in leadership, product launches, marketing, sales, innovative solutions, strategy development, and account management. Most recently, she was responsible for leading the Midwest regional commercial operations at Merck and Co., Inc. driving strong portfolio results and people development. She is best known for her adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration and passion for building diverse high-performance teams.
Rachel oversees our lab, where we analyze air that has been sampled from our clients' homes. She has 10+ years of laboratory and management experience from top institutions, including the University of Chicago and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Rachel's professional passion is ensuring that we are using the best systems and processes in order to provide our clients with accurate and actionable data. "What excites me the most about my work is seeing the difference our data makes in our clients' lives," she explains. Rachel lives in Chicago with her fiancé and two cats, Ernie and Spanky, who suffer from feline allergies.
Katie brings her unique early-stage healthcare start-up experience to Customer Care and Marketing at Inspirotec. Her passion for building the best service experience for each customer has helped her launch training, quality, and customer care departments in her career. She believes that AirAnswers® has the power to improve the lives of allergy and asthma sufferers like herself and is excited to help customers experience the "we do better" Inspirotec mindset firsthand.
Ashwani Kumar brings nearly 35 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and specialty chemicals in various technical and management leadership roles for entities such as Dow, Jubilant, Medreich, Bluefish, GeneriCo, Direct Rx Exchange. In his global roles, he has led the strategies and operations of manufacturing and R&D sites, international business of import/export, compliances with world-wide pharma regulatory and quality demands, licensing of products, and management of international customer base. He was responsible for successfully building effective India operations of various USA and European companies into a strong and integrated part Bluefish global business. His experience base includes sustained stints with large and start-up companies in multiple geographies. In his role as SVP-Technical and International Operations of Inspirotec, Inc., Dr. Kumar will bring his depth and breadth of experience in formulations, bulk drug and medical devices manufacturing and R&D operations to lead and establish the technical and quality systems, infrastructure, Supply Chain Management, and international presence based out of India.
